• Christmas Jumper Day and Christmas Dinner

  On Wednesday 15th December, the children came to school in Christmas jumpers to raise money for 'Save the Children'. We also had a Christmas dinner and completed some Christmas themed activities. 

  

• Santa's Reindeers Came to Town

  On Monday 13th December, two reindeers visited the children of The Phoenix Primary School and Nursery.

  Every child was lucky enough to see the reindeers and find out some interesting facts!

  

• KS1 Production ~ 'Bethlehem's Got Talent'

  Congratulations to our KS1 children and staff who performed their Christmas show this week, 'Bethlehem's Got Talent.'

   

  A parent with a child in 1WB said,

  'Ahhh a huge well done for putting on a fantastic show of “Bethlehem's Got Talent”. It brought a tear to my eye watching all the children singing their hearts out having a ball! I loved it! Thank you all so much.'

   

  A parent with a child in 1EB said, 

  'Wow, can honestly say that was a  brilliant show today, all the children were amazing and it brought a tear to my eye. Was so lovely to see them all enjoy themselves. Thank you for all your hard work and effort to make this possible and to ensure everyone everyone was safe for us to see our children perform.  The look on my daughters face and to see her perform today filled me with pride. Thank you again for making this possible.'

• EYFS Chritmas Production- 'A Merry Phoenix Christmas'

  Congratulations to our EYFS children and staff who have performed their Christmas production to our Phoenix families. 

   

  We have received some lovely feedback- thank you!

   

  NB parent of a child in Reception said,

  'Oh my goodness, huge well done for that!!! And thank you ❤️❤️❤️  That was brilliant ❣️ Loved it. Listening to them all sing Jingle bells caught me right at the start!'

   

  LH parent of a child in Nursery said,

  'What can I say?? It was amazing, what an incredible performance in such tough times.
  The children were outstanding, and I could not be more proud to say that my son was part of that.
  I’m still sobbing now, one positive of a face mask!
  Thank you all so much for all that you do each and everyday and events such as this really do reinforce what a special team you really are.'
