Welcome Message

Welcome to 5G’s page. On this page you will find out about reading books, P.E slots and what we have been learning throughout the week.

Reading books:

Children in 5G can take home their reading books that they have got from the library or from our book corner, children can also read books from home. Every Tuesday we have the opportunity to go to the library in School to change our books.

Your PE kit should be in school every day as our sessions may change or may take place as part of a cross curricular lesson. Hair should be tied up and earrings MUST be removed on these days, otherwise you will not be able to join in with P.E if you have earrings in.

Please ensure that you wear you’re the correct school uniform every day.

Work hard and have fun learning!

Class blog - 24th February 2019

What a fantastic half term we have had! This week, some of the children in Year 5 and Year 6 went on a residential trip to Hilltop. This is where the children take part in different activities. For the children who did not go to Hilltop, there was and art week planned (Monday-Wednesday) this is where children had the opportunity to explore African art.

NA - This week we have been making 3D clay tiles based on African art and using an African theme.

KT - We have learnt about Edward Tingatinga, he was a great African artist.

JFO - On Thursday, we had a well-being day. We looked at different areas of well-being and got to do lots of fun activities.

We hope you all have a fun half term, make sure you stay safe. We look forward to seeing you all after half term.
