At the bottom of the page you will find the children's class blog- A fortnightly update of all the interesting and exciting things that happen within 3M! Enjoy!
Children will have the opportunity to change their reading books every morning when they come into school. It is expected that books are read at least 3 times a week at home and need to be signed and a short comment made. The children will then have a chance to receive certificates and even win books!!
Children are expected to have their P.E kit in school every day.

On Monday we went in a trip around our local area, we were looking for the features of a good place to live.
“We found there was a surprising amount of rubbish on the floor!” LC
Year 3 decided to write a letter to Basildon Council asking for their help to keep it tidy.
‘We noticed how some houses looked similar which made it look appealing.’ TA
We were pleased to see so many green areas around too!
In English we wrote a non- chronological report about reindeers. ‘I learnt that reindeers don’t fly but some do have red noses,” GDC
In Science we have been exploring magnets. ‘We learnt how different magnets repel and attract.’ ZT
‘We investigated what materials were magnetic and non-magnetic.’ SGG
We are beginning to look at division in Maths by dividing by 10 and 100… ‘it was challenging but we are not giving up!’ EH
